Go out and Be Monsterful today!

  • What is Monsterful?

Monsterful  is an obsolete word that really needs to be brought back into popular use. The Dictionary of Buckish Slang, University Wit, and Pickpocket Eloquence* (pub. 1785), defines Monsterful as something that is Extraordinary & Wonderful. And that is the essence of our purpose – to help nonprofits and the people who work at them to Be Monsterful.

*The original dictionary compiled by Captain Francis Grose was updated in 1811 by “members of the Whip Club” including someone called “Hell-Fire Dick.” If that doesn’t put you on notice that there’s some interesting reading to be had, I don’t know what will. You can get the later version of this delightful tome for free here.
